About Me

For Jonathon Pinner, Banking Texas Style is all about personal customer service. As a mortgage loan officer, that means drawing on expertise and experience to help guide clients through the process.

Pinner has worked in the mortgage industry since 2009, and has been a mortgage loan officer since 2014. His lending experience includes secondary market (Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA) as well as land loans and residential construction loans.

Pinner, a Lufkin native who grew up in Huntington, graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration specializing in finance. He joined the CBTx team in2007as a credit analyst before working his way up to mortgage processor and closer and then to mortgage loan officer.

Pinner is a member of the Lufkin Association of Realtors and serves on the Habitat for Humanity board.

What was your first job?

My first job was at a department store in the Lufkin Mall.

What kind of music inspires you and why?

Hip Hop music, because it pumps me up for the day.

In my leisure time I like to run.
