About Me

Martha Trujillo is passionate about helping her community, one person at a time.

“To me, Banking Texas Style means one-on-one service, and going that extra mile for each customer,” Martha said. “I enjoy helping customers with any questions or issues they may have, and if there is something I don’t know how to answer, I find someone who can help me help them.”

Martha grew up in the “very loving and supporting” community of Diboll. She joined the CBTx team in 2015, starting as a teller and then taking advantage of CBTx’s training program to learn all the aspects of Banking Texas Style. She’s grateful to be able to share that specialized knowledge with her neighbors.

“My favorite part of the job is helping customers with each and every banking need,” Martha said. “I want them to feel welcome when they walk in, and I want them to be happy with our customer service when they walk out. Personally, I love being able to offer that extra level of care.”

Martha’s commitment to service extends beyond the bank. She’s active in the Diboll Business Association, serves as treasurer for the Diboll Area Lions Club and works with the Diboll Festival Committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Fifth Harmony with my two favorite nieces.

First job?

Sonic Drive-in Diboll. Started as a carhop in 1999 and worked my way up all the positions until becoming Assistant Manager.

Favorite movie?

The Notebook.

If you could possess any superpower, what would it be?

To make everyone be kind, humble, and show Love towards one another.
